can anyone make this man clearer ? i would love to see a clearer and restored version

im convinced he is my grandmothers - grandfather from Peterhead , Scotland

If this man is your GGGrandfather, what time frame are we looking at here, Ryan?

Not very good restoration, but you can see him a little better.  I am not good at faces so didn't want to mess his around.
