Hi

Thomas Vaughan born around 1796 in Hope Under Dinmore married Ann Griffiths July 1823

Many thanks

English marriages only name fathers and that is only after registration started in 1837

ADDED For anyone able to look at marriage entry it was 25 Jul 1823 in Leominster

Many thanks for your rapid and informative post

How can i go about finding Thomas Vaughans parents then ?

His year of birth from census returns ranges from 1796 to 1801 the only common piece of information is that he was born in Hope Under Dinmore

Many thanks once again for your help and advice

Rob

Familysearch has Hope under Dinmore records (Film no 1040015) though no obvious baptism for Thomas
