I'm busy researching Kirsops and McKennas.

I'm currently interested in the Mckenna side.

Kathleen Mckenna abt 1927-1993 Northumberland
John Robert Kirsop 1926-2009 Tynemouth Northumberland

Kathleen apparently had approx 15 siblings.

I have her parents as James Mckenna and Rose Stafford.

Could anyone confirm the siblings and where the parents are from?

Any info to get me on the right track would be a huge help thank you xx

You should be able to find any siblings by searching freebmd births using surname McKenna mmn Stafford after they married in 1922.  As anyone born after that date could be living we would not be able to post those details for you.

There is a couple with these names who married in 1948 at perhaps a registry office or non Anglican venue.

None of the info I have is confirmed.

Looking closer Kathleens mothers name may have actually been Rose E Dolan and she married a Stafford then 2nd marriage to Mckenna..

At the moment I cannot see any marriage between a Dolan and a Stafford.

You may wish to consider obtaining the marriage certificate for John Kirsop and Kathleen McKenna.

This would give you Kathleen's age, assuming she gave the correct one, and her father's name.  She should be 22 going by her birth date on the death record.

You may wish to also get the McKenna/McLear birth certificate for 1926 to see who the parents are on that.

I would start with obtaining John and Kathleen's 1948 marriage certificate and go from there.

There is a 1927 Birth Reg for Kathleen. Gateshead, Mothers mn Dolan

But a Tree has them in the United States 1930 with no Kathleen with them
Appears to be another Family to me.
