Thompson James Shaw and Sarah Lathbury

My relative, Thompson James Shaw, was born in 1900. From information on another website, I found that he married a lady named Sarah Lathbury in August 1927 in South Perth, Western Australia. Does anyone know if this couple had any children or any details regarding their lives?

Do you have the death certs for either Thompson or Sarah?   In most of the Australian states, the BDM registries will include the names and ages of the children of the couple.   

You did not mention the names of the parents of either Thompson or Sarah, but if you have the WA marriage certificate, those and many other family history details about both the bride and the groom (ages, occupations, birthplaces, etc) will be on that document.   

I wonder if this is your Thompson arriving in Australia?

Scotlands People have a birth for Thompson Shaw in 1904 - born Govan.  However - there is no birth in Scotland for a Thompson James Shaw b 1899-1901

Could Thompson J and Sarah be back in the UK and on the 1939 register … perhaps he as an RAF Squad Leader …  dob 20 November 1900 for him and 10 Jan 1900 for her.  There may be at least one other at same address.

His RAF records likely show he was born in Yokahama Japan ... entering the RAF 23 Oct 1918.
