Denbigh burials
« on: Wednesday 06 February 19 16:14 GMT (UK) »
How would I go about finding a burial (or headstone inscription) for an interment at St Marcella’s Church Denbigh in 1844?  I’ve looked at Gravestone Photo Records for Denbigh but they all seem very recent, so I assume they are not completed yet. I am looking for a grave containing three members of a Parry family: Thomas (32 yrs) died Denbigh, buried 19th Jan 1801, his infant son Thomas, died Denbigh and buried 1798 and wife and mother Sarah died Llanfair DC in 1844 but I’m fairly sure she would have been buried with her family at St Marcella’s Denbigh. One of the objects of the exercise is to find her age at the time of death. Thanks DavidJ

Have you looked on the GRO death index as that gives ages for deaths.

Sarah Parry who died Jun 1844 Ruthin Union district was 73.
