Found William Boucher in the 1841 census.
Comes up on Ancestry and FamilySearch if you put in Wm ,not William.!!

Its strange that his Father is a Gardener on M/C as this appears to be his ParentsSister in 1841 in Sneinton;
Richard Boucher, 52, FWK
Elizabeth Boucher, 52
Louisa Boucher, 15
Only Louisa is born in the County

As NG said on Williams Bapt Richard was a FWK

1851 mistranscribed;
Richard Boacher, 62, FWK, born Towcester, Northamptonshire
Elizabeth Boacher, 63, born Greens Norton Nr Towcester

Not strange really as may have done some gardening in between FWK jobs. I have come across this a few time.

Re my Parents/Sister comment on the 1841 Census.

NG gave you this;
Christening of William** was at St Stephen's Sneinton on 7 Mar 1824 son of Richard a FWK and Elizabeth.
Siblings were Harriott Boucher*** at St Mary's Nottingham Christened 11 Nov 1821 abode Carter Street
Louisa**** at Stephens Snienton 10 Dec 1826 .

So the 1841 Louisa, Williams Sister is still at home with their Parents and unmarried.

It appears she died young;

BOUCHER, LOUISA age 16*****
