Both of your suggestions look good Gadget. :)

I think the first letter looks like a W with a low loop. Second letter looks more like an 'e' than an 'a' though (not that it matters).

However ... Oulton with a U rather than an O also could be right.

His daughter states she was born in Fermanagh

I have just found a death for a Patrick oneil in Brampton nr Carlisle, which I beleive Walton May be in the same parish, currently investing

These places arenít very big, if he died in summer 1851 I should be able to find a record on the census
