The members here were so helpful with the Carroll side of my family and now I'm on the trail of the Lynch side. I believe this is my 2nd Grt Grandfathers death record but am finding it impossible to read. Any ideas please?

The cause of death is:

'Coma due to Cerebral Haemorrhage caused by falling accidentally in street about 21 hours previously'.

it would be useful if you could give an approximate location please.

Edit: I think the place in column 1 is Mercer's Hospital, so ......Dublin?

Agree with JenB.  And also that it is Mercers Hospital

There's a report of the inquest in the Cork Constitution, 19 June 1895, that confirms Mercer's Hospital.
