Mary Ann "", Wife, Mar, 29, N/a, born Newington - Surrey
Elizabeth A "", Dau, 5, Scholar (Christ Church School), born Newington - Surrey
John "", Son, 3, Scholar, born Lower Bullingham - Herefordshire
Joseph "", Son, 1, N/a, born Lower Bullingham - Herefordshire

I have done a search but cannot locate this school, has anyone else heard of it?

What place and which county was the census for ? I assume a child aged 5 was more likely to attend school near home.
Which resources have you searched? The school may not exist now.

For those trying to help, the family is at Ridge Hill, Lower Bullingham, Herefordshire in 1861: census reference RG9/1816/122/4.
