This is most probably the right family but having doubts. Ane is 47 on the marriage record and is recorded as Ane Kirstine Jensdatter.
Here is Bertel's (from the 1840 census) birth record from 1834.

In the 1845 census she is recorded as being from Brenderup Parish:
