The Watkin family

Henry Watkins b 1857 Almondsbury, parents George and Clara Watkins.  On the 1881 census Henry has joined the police force lodging at the Police station in Bristol.  Between 1881 to 1883 it looks like he married to someone called Lucy.  Cannot find a marriage so may live together?  On the 1891 census Lucy was born in 1863 Binstead, Hampshire.  Henry is still a policeman living in Binstead. They now have 3 children but having difficulty in finding their birth reg on the gro sight which would give the mother's surname.

Annie born on the 9th March 1883 in Addiscombe , entered Goodrich Road School on the 5th February 1894;

Henry Herbert born 1885 East Dulwich, London. Baptised on the 5th May 1895 Camberwell St Giles, Southwark under the name Herbert Henry

Elizabeth Ellen born 1887 East Dulwich, London, Baptised same day and place as brother Henry/Herbert.

Any help would be appreciated.

I note that Annie was baptised Amelia Annie at the same time as Henry & Elizabeth, their father is now a Police Sergeant.

                                                          (I think this is Lucy, the names in this family seem to vary)

They are all inmates in Swanthorpe. Ann may be a servant in Alton.
