  Hi Carole, that is part of the problem, by the way this is to assist an old friend with his research, the Whiting family headed by a Charles are in Durban Road in 1939 his wife an Ellen Alice  nee Freeman, she was "married" previously to a John Burton?

They were in Durban Rd for many years prior to 1939 but I can’t find anything after 1939.  I’ve tried under Charles, Ellen and Alfred
