Charles TUFFIN, born 1831/1832, Bulmer, Essex

Hello,

The GRO indicates that a Charles TUFFIN, aged 26, died in the 3rd quarter of 1858, the death being in the Sudbury Registration District.

I wonder if someone can confirm or otherwise that this may be the same person born to William and Elizabeth TUFFIN (nee CARTER) in about 1832, who appeared in the 1841 England Census (HO107/331/13/17, p.28), also the Sudbury Registration District.

There is a baptism for C Tuffin, of William & Elizabeth 13.3.1831

I recognise there are slight discrepancies, but on the balance of probabilities I feel it is the same person, especially as after 1858 I have not been able to find any trace of him.......of course that could easily be my incompetent research
