     I understand but I am looking at the plus side, to go that far back, just over 400 yrs,  is to me a big bonus.   Some branches have halted at the 2 or 3 gggrandparents.

There are in total 3 x Hercules Lowers between 1570 and 1731
Hercules 1 is the one you have discussed (born 1570, died 1677). Hercules 2 is the son of Hercules 1’s son, Thomas. Hercules 2 was born Warleggan 1641, died Warleggan 1677. Hercules 3 was Hercules 2’s son, born1676 Warleggan and died Warleggan 1731.
As a Lower descendant I have been researching the family from the visitations downwards. Happy to answer any other questions
