Parents of Leonard?

Trying to trace the parents of Leonard Ellis born 1794 or 5 Wellington.Living in Rock 1841 widowed with no family.

The only Leonard I can find on the 1841 is below, despite the transcribed name the original looks like Leonard. He is a Forgeman living with I presume his children a Malinslee, near the Rock.

In 1851, under the name Leonard Elliss he is a widower living in Dawley giving Dawley as his place of birth. In 1861 he is at 355, Old Park, Dawley, still as Leonard Elliss and still giving pob as Dawley.
He is buried in Ketley parish 14 December 1865 aged 72. Abode Old Park Ketley.

Can't find abptism anywhere however there is this marriage

Leonard Ellis/Sophia Bailey 15 May 1814 Madeley.

Leonard & Sophia had about 10 children baptised Dawley Magna, the eldest being Leonard Ellis 21 Aug 1814, not all survived.
   
Two Possible baptisms for Sophia but nothing for Leonard.
