Hello, I am doing some research for a short film that will be shown on Channel 4 News in the UK.
The piece will look at the growing popularity of DNA testing kits and show the benefits of genetic ancestry testing as well as some of the potential pitfalls for those not prepared for surprising results.
In the film I will be interviewing genealogists and DNA experts, but I would also love to hear from anyone in the UK who has had an unexpected result that has led to surprising discoveries about their family.
