Is anyone able to give dates for "Helsby & Co., Liverpool & Valparaiso" who took a c de v, perhaps in the 1880s.  Liverpool is more likely than South America.

Gores 1860 has a William G Helsby at 84 Church St. Still there in 1865 but can't see him after that.
The Getty Museum has some Helsby & Co. from S. America at the same time.
