Thanks LadyHawk...that is my William and Sarah Jane.

Mabel...that sure sounds like my John and Charles. Thanks very much for this news. Do you know how do I get info from the Oversley workhouse?

Thank you Ladyhawk....I have had a look. It is interesting to see where these two small boys were "inmates". I presume my next step will be to try and find out when/terms of their release from this facility....somehow.

Mary Jane born 1895 who married Louis John Whitfield in Aug, 1913.

Death/burial info on William, Sarah Jane, Mary Jane, John, Charles Frederick or Violet.

Looking at the 1913 marriage entry for Mary J Taylor spouses surname
 is WOODFIELD not WHITFIELD

This could be her death entry

Mary J Woodfield
Death Age:   42
Registration Date:   Sep 1937
Registration district:   Warwick
Inferred County:   Warwickshire
Volume:   6d
Page:   725

There’s a telephone number and email address here perhaps they can help if you can’t get to the record office

Thx again Ladyhawk. You are correct s/b "Woodfield". I am not sure if the Sept, 1937 death date is correct....it may be but I had 1977 in Alcester, Warwickshire, England??
