Thomas McCormick (b.1786) & Mary Anne Warrie (b. 1788) married about 1806, probably in Ballycastle. Robert was born in Ballycastle in 1816 & was about 3 years old when the family of 5 sons & 4 daughters emigrated to Quebec, Canada. Ship records show a “Thomas McCormick” & 10 family members sailing from Wexford, aboard the Brig Mary Ann. They arrived in Quebec 8 Aug 1817.
I am looking to find any of my McCormick or Warrie family who remained in Ireland. Further information regarding the Thomas McCormick family once in Canada is welcome also.
