I think the first line could be Henry Grant (but am using the eye of faith+++here!)

Looks like a B or 13 at the start of the second line, and White at the end of the same.

Maybe someone can alter ther contrast, or darken the image or perform some miracle, to make this more legible, but some letters I think I can make out:

Not much to go on,  but I wonder if it says something along the lines of “this is a photo off (instead of of) my Aunt... someone White” ?

Just a very wild guess.....and not very helpful
