William POWELL b 1862 Roscommon looking for parentage please

Looking for parentage and any other info on a William Powell born I believe in 1862 in Roscommon.

At some point he emigrated to the USA where he married and fathered six children.

I have no other relevant information on him.

Not sure Hallmark. From what I read it is the Judge family in US and a daughter married William Powell but the marriage certificate is linked with William’s father as Abraham.
