Arthur Kershaw & Mary Hackett married in Glasgow 09 May 1893.  Who were their parents?

I found them on findmypast website.  Scotland Roman Catholic Parish Registers. However it doesn't show their parents names.  only Witnesses:  Patrick O’Hara & Mary O’Hara.

Did they have any children in Scotland?

I'm tracing Arthur Kershaw's from Dublin and there are quite a few, some with 2 or possible 3 marriages!

So many Arthur Kershaw's and Mary Hackett's in Dublin too but no marriage there.

You need to get the marriage certificate from the statutory registers at www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk. It should tell you their parents' names.

The 1911 census should tell you how many children they had had and how many were still living, and it will tell you the names of those still living with their parents. Also available from Scotland's People.

The family looks to have been back in Ireland for the 1901 and 1911 censuses. The details from their 1911 entry shows Arthur and Mary married 18 years and 3 children, one deceased.

I have Certificates for the children of Arthur Kershaw and Mary Anne Bolton, but so far not found a marriage for them!   Several Arthur Kershaw died in Dublin too..

I think there are two different families here as there is an Arthur and Mary Kershaw living in Cathcart in 1911 and that is where Edith Kershaw was born in 1914. They have a 9 year old daughter May.
