THe Glasgow family is puzzling. Arthur marries Mary Hackett in 1893. There is no sign of them in 1901 but there is the family in Dublin which seems to match, with daughter Emily. Emily is still there in 1911 with mother Mary ( age 38 so born 1873) and another child Cecilia, but no sign of Arthur. Daughters Emily and Cecilia both later marry in Dublin.Meanwhile back in Glasgow in 1911 there is an Arthur age 39 ( so born approx 1872) living with a Mary ( age 28, so born 1883) and a child called May ( age 9) They are living in Cathcart district and in 1914 a daughter Edith is born in Cathcart. Edith appears to have mmn Hackett per her death certificate. A Mary Anne Kershaw or Hackett dies in Coatbridge in 1962 age 78 ( so born approx 1884). An Arthur Kershaw dies in Partick in 1936 age 65 ( so born approx 1871).
The Mary Kershaw or Hackett in the Glasgow 1911 census and Coatbridge death would only have been about 10 in 1893 so can’t be the person Arthur married that year. Might be worth spending the £7.50  on 30 credits for Scotlandspeople to sort out what is going on here.

She was born Mary Anne Hackett on 21 November 1883 not 1884. at 35 Lwr Sherrif St. Dublin.  Father Laurence Hackett, a Labourer 
Mother Mary Byrne.  Mother Registered the birth on 9th Jan 1884 North Dublin

The problem is that the Mary Kershaw in 1911 is 38 ( so born 1873 not 1883). If she was born 1883 then she could not possibly have married in 1893 in Glasgow. In 1911 in Glasgow there is an Arthur Kershaw apparently married to a Mary nee Hackett. That Mary Hackett was born around 1883. Did Arthur marry one Mary Hackett then take up with another younger Mary Hackett? You really need to check out the marriage/death certificates at Scotlandspeople to know for sure who these people are.
