Whitehead - Can't find a birth!

Hi all

I'm looking for a birth record (and parents) of Thomas Whitehead. I know he married Susannah Davis on 16th Dec 1821 in Birmingham. I have them in the 1841 census (aged 40) and it says he was born in county. In 1851 (aged 50) it states he was born in London, Middlesex. I believe he died in 1871 in Birmingham (aged 70). I can't find him in the 1861 census. His wife Susannah died in 1854 so he would appear alone in this census or possibly with a new partner.

Any help with finding his birth and parents would be greatly appreciated. If anyone can also locate him post 1851 I'd be most grateful.

No trace in 1861 but perhaps the following might help others?

Thomas stated consistently that he was born 1801, there are a number of births around that time but only one in 1801, given the family names below it might be possible?

This may be Sarah but further reseach will be required on both.
