I still do not have a burial place for my Jenkin Williams: died 5 January 1887 at Dinas steam colliery.   24 years old: estimate birth year 1863.  Wife: Susannah Evans married Pontypridd 2nd quarter of 1883.   2 children Daniel Tynewydd (June 1883) Isaac (Oct 1886),

Anyone that can help me find his final resting place???  ??? ???

You may already know, but he is buried at Llethr Ddu cemetery Trealaw.

Jenkin was killed at the Dinas Steam Colliery in the Rhondda, South Wales  on  5 January 1887. The coal mine can be seen at  http://www.welshcoalmines.co.uk/GlamWest/Britannic.htm

Burial internment number 1433 (there are internment records that will give more details of burial if you quote this number). Could contact Pontypridd Library for a copy.

He is buried in Plot J981 which I think may not have a headstone, since he is buried in the same grave as John Henry Parry (Burial 53196), who died in 1949 at 65 yrs old.

I did find it thru the kindness of a kind gentleman volunteering at Find a grave.

I will look at the suggested web site you gave me.  I wonder why there was no obituary or newspaper account for his death.  Perhaps. too poor.
