You are researching the origins of Jane KILVERT?

"..Jane and Henry RICHARDS had three legitimate children, william 1860, Mary ann 1862. elizabeth 1865, "

Plus children born before this marriage.

Can you continue with what you know about the children of Jane......census listings.......their marriages. You might be able to find an intersection with Jane's extended family through events in the lives of her children.

Which child of Jane KILVERT is your ancestor?

Hiya,

Could Jane have had a Thomas Kilvert as a step-father? Could she have been born with another surname but have taken on Kilvert later?
You say she mainly sticks with year of birth 1825. Yet her ages on the 61/71/81 Census are consistent and would mean a circa 1827 year of birth.
On 1881 Census , does her place of birth specify Shrewsbury ?

Looby :)
