I should have mentioned that I began my reseach looking for a Joseph Arthur Evans b 1882 died 1919 a brother of Robert W Evans b 1875 North Wales killed in the Universal Mine.
A sister Jane Evans was noted on Joseph Evans death certificate.
Joseph A Evans adopted/fostered the infant son of Robert W Evans in 1914.
The 1881 census gives Joseph A Evans b 1882 with his parents Robert and Margaret Evans.
A birth certificate for Robert Evans b 1875 gives mother as Margaret Thomas.
Details of the marriage cert of Robert Evans and Margaret Thomas is listed below.
Allan, Dow,Boggie,Douglas,Hillock...Scotland
Potts,Tattersall,Wells,Turner,Saxby,Knighton,Brangwin,Thompson,BrownShipton,Hockey.....England
Coleman,Evans,Parsey,Jenkins,....Wales
