advice please

I'm visiting Northern Ireland in the next couple of weeks to visit some rellies, whilst I'm there I would like to do a bit of family history,
I know they were all born in the limavady area, but wondered how I go about looking at the parish records etc, and what information can they give me regarding names etc?

I can get back to my GG grandparents but cant get any further,
any suggestions please?
