Descendants of Thomas Henry Parker

I would like if possible for a descendant of Thomas Henry Parker to contact me regarding an item that needs to be returned to his family, Thomas was born in Blackburn Lancashire in 1877 & served with the East Lancashire Regiment during the 1st world war.
Proof of a family relationship is required before this item is handed over.
