Hi, I've not had his birth cert yet, as I'm not sure which one he is, his father would be a shoemaker if he's belonging to John and Mary Richards (Thomas). To be perfectly honest I'm not sure he is belonging to this family, but it would make sense if he was, my mother remembers visiting them in the early 1950's and we are trying to tie him in to the family somehow, he married a Mary Jane Roberts. He would also have been a brother to William Henry Richards b1867 and Mary Anne Richards b1869. I'm beginning to confuse myself to be honest, too many John, Mary's, David's and William's in Llandilofawr lol
