All I can make out is George Smithson, uncle.
I'm assuming the bottom line is a location/address.  What part of the world is this from?

Could the last words be St Lawrence ?

Now that you point that out, it looks very much like St. Lawrence!  Good eyes!

Is it supposed to be a place  :-\
Could it be H Lawrence as the first letter is not the same as S in Smithson

It's difficult to make out this without it being in context.
As other Rootschatters have discovered, it's not clear if it's a name, a place, an address etc.

It would be more helpful to post a bigger section, especially if you can include the column heading for the part you can't make out.

I *think* it should be asking for a location ???  However, we don't know when or where, so maybe some years didn't ask for that?

Judy, could you post a bit more of the image, (with the headings) so we can get a better look, and let us know what country/area?  Hopefully there are some more S's to peek at.

Edit: Goldie beat me to it!

The OP asked for info about St Lawrence cemetery a while back.  Could it just be that?
