Help with address on Naturalization index card

Thank you very much for that Sandra. I presume that the house numbering system has changed a great deal since 1896 as the house numbers now all seem to have 4 figures. I am not familiar with the US address system. Your help is greatly appreciated.

If you Google something like 'Chicago street numbering changes' or '... street name changes' you might find something. Cleveland's street names were reorganized in 1906, for example. There might be a page that converts the numbers from old to new, which would be good to know if the family settled at that address.  For example, you could spot possible family members if their address was the same on a record but they aren't on a census.
