Date for Unknown Belfast Child
« on: Thursday 28 February 19 10:25 GMT (UK) »
Hi,

I understand this is a cabinet card (6.5 x 4.25in). The reverse is blank. I have been unable to find dates for the studio. Could someone give an approx date for the photo from her clothes?

Thanks

Thanks all for your replies.

Hallmark - it is frustrating that we can't find anything on the studio. It's the name I feel is the problem. Google that and all you get are links to Kate, Harry et al!

Carol and a-l. It is a great photo, isn't it. I love the hat and the pram is brilliant. What a great prop.

 Thanks again.

Princes Studio, 19 High St., opened 1902 (newspaper advertisements for Dec.1902 says NOW OPEN) and sometimes listed in directories as Princess Studio.
March 1903- Mrs. James Shaw of Princes Studio, 72 Ann St., Belfast.
