looking for any information on Noah John Cook Dean baptised  1853 Rushall Wiltshire, emigrated in 1859 to Australia with his mother Sarah (nee Newman) Cook and partner John Cook and sister Emma Jane Cook /Deane, an assisted passage to Australia in 1859, all i know is Noah died in Gordon NSW in 1924, his surname may have been Cook then changed Dean/e  or Cook Dean/e, would love to find out more if possible, thank you,

In this suit the petitioner, Mercy Cook-Dean, asked to have tho marriage bonds between her and Noah John Cook-Dean dissolved oil the ground of desertion. A decree nisi was granted, returnable in three, months, the petitioner to have custody of the children.

DEIN v. DEIN.—In this case the petitioner was Mercy Dein, who prayed for a divorce from her husband, Noah John Cook Dein, on the ground of desertion. The parties were married in Sydney in June, 1878. Respondent was a blacksmith. During the last 13 years he had never supported petitioner. Decree nisi, returnable in three months.
