Schools attended: does is it say ragged schools?
Offence: stealing a ? ? ? whip
Before Whom:

Yes, it does say 'ragged schools'.  Sounds as though the poor lad had a difficult life.

Did wonder what that meant but according to google means charity schools.. obviously family didnt have much!

It reads as though he stole a pair (pr) of blinders and a whip, but I'm wondering if he actually made off with blinkers and a whip.

Not sure of the names of the persons he appeared before.  One  looks rather like Luccock to me, but initials not easy to decipher.

Looking at the 2nd page it says at the top 'see journal & punishment book' and idea if i could find that online?

Poor little chap was only 13!  I do hope his life picked up after that.  Do you know what happened to him?  I don't know where you could find those records I'm afraid but I am sure someone will be looking at this thread who knows far more than I do, and who will be able to help.
