Penfarch
« on: Sunday 03 March 19 22:11 GMT (UK) »
Gwerthfawrogu unrhyw wybodaeth am lle o'r enw Penfarch, plwyf Llanfynydd, Sir Gaerfyrddin.  Yn arbennig y cyfnod rhwng 1700 a 1850.  Os yn bosib hefyd sut mae darganfod yr hen ddogfennau am y cyfnod hwn.
O bosib fod Penfarch yn rhan o ystad Penylan.

Diolch.

Diolch yn fawr am ymateb  :)

Wedi ymweld a safleoedd hyn.  Ar gwefan y papurau, ni'n dod ar draws y cysylltiad i Penfarch yn amal er bod y teulu wedi gadael yr ardal ers blynyddoedd.  Y cyfenw ydy Lewis a dyma un arall islaw -
"He came of the Penfarch family, who served the Pantglas Estate for 5 centuries"

Efallai bydd rhaid mynd i Aberystwyth i weld papurau'r ystad.

Diolch
