Husband of Frederick William West
She did indeed die at Newton Abbot Hospital on 24 Nov 1958
Address on the probate record is 1 Lee Cottages (rather than 3)

No surprise, 89265 is Frederick William West.
Buried 18 Dec 1959. Died 3 Dec.
Age 77, 3 Lee Cottages, Bickington, Newton Abbot

That address in 1934 which I couldn't decipher looks like it might be somewhere in Paignton in Devon.

Just to add, Ernest Gilbert was buried in comp 365 grave 4, Northern Cemetery, the grave register is here

it has burial number 50505 in the same grave.
And that is Eva Croshaw. Who died 17 January 1964, buried 24th January. Age was 78. Residence 9 Askew Avenue. No causes of death are given, I'm afraid.
