Looking for any info on a Thomas Lotfus - ideally a home address to try and see if it is the right thomas loftus.

Part of Royal Dublin Fusiliers reg no. 12591, 10294 and 43514

died 21st March 1918 in France
joined 7 Aug 1915?

A snippet - enlisted 1 Sep 1914 (Silver war badge record) born and enlisted Dublin in Soldiers died in the Great War. 
No surviving records with personal info.
