William Henry Walsham M Louisa Sarah Payne in 1857 in Stepney. William is a Mariner

1861 Louisa is living with her parents with a misread surname of Whittan with a son William B 1859 and with a daughter Emma B1860 (birth record show a Louisa Jane B1860)

1863 a son Albert Joseph is born
1866 a daughter Emily Sarah is born

No further info about William.

No 1871 census for any them.

1881 Louisa is living with her children Mary B1874 & Ernest B 1875 their father would appear to be Issac Watts. Louisa is listed as being married.

1891 Louisa is still with Mary B1874 & Ernest B1875, Isaac Watts in now in another room/house next door. Louisa is still married.

1901 Louisa is widowed.

Any help please.
