Daughter Beatrice age 14 in 1901--
 married 12 September 1910 Alfred Henry Swanick in Leeds
St Clement Church. Gave address 14 Amberley Grove
That explains why she isn't at home.

Daughter Alice Ada born 1891 died 1892 age 1

there is a tree on Ancestry which says James b c1833 died in Belfast in 1872

probably irrelevant but 2 records state
 Jane Dickson , Shankhill ,Antrim for the marriage to James Officer  - no mention of a Mary as 1st christian name  and Dickson ck - not x ?
