Innes McKay, Macduff, Scotland

Hi all,
The above named Innes McKay was my great-Grandad. He was born in Macduff, Scotland c.1887. I believe he lived in Crook o'Ness St, Macduff and was a fisherman. I've always been told he drowned at sea but I've been unable to find any official record of this, so I'm beginning to suspect this may not be true. He married Margaret Ann Watson (b1886) who died in 1945 but I believe she had re-married after Innes' death.
Any information about Innes or Margaret Ann would be much appreciated.

Confirmation Banff 4 April to Margaret Ann Watson 13,Watson Street Macduff wife executrix
Will dated 28 January .recorded 4 April 1927

With these units, you could also look at the second marriage of Margaret Ann, following the death of Innes.

Margaret Ann Watson and John Mair married in 1929 in Banff - ref 147/A 3

Her death in 1945 in Banff includes all three surnames: Watson, McKair and Mair.
