Adobe Acrobat DC - can't print images
« on: Friday 08 March 19 16:08 GMT (UK) »
Help required, if possible, please.

Suddenly unable to print building society statements in Adobe format.  Name of society prints at top of every page with some info at the bottom, but in between is blank - no transactions are showing?
Have checked for Adobe updates and there are none.

Should mention that my computer skills are pretty basic and Adobe is zero.
Thanks in anticipation.

Is that using the Acrobat reader supplied by Adobe or viewing the file within your browser?

It seems to be Adobe Acrobat Document Cloud (DC)

jolyon:
Click onto Adobe Acrobat DC to open.
Look for the headings File Edit View Window Help
Click onto Help and look for repair installation in the box that opens.
Now click onto repair installation, job done.

Brian,
Thank you for you reply and apologies for delay responding. I tried your recommendation but sadly it didn't work.

Some further info about the process, in case it helps:

I can log in, get the statement on screen and print it off (Ctrl+P) as currant page, no problem.
Top of page a tab reads 'Print Statement', then comes 'Preparing Statement'  then 'Statement Ready - 'Download Now'.   Statements, in Adobe format, are downloaded with invitation to open/save/cancel..

At this point I normally click 'Save' and just print off the required pages - but now I can't.

What about the 'open ' option?

Brian,

Pardon my faux pas, 'open' is the option I use. (not save).

Any particular reason why you don't save the documents on your computer instead of the Cloud?

Midase,

Off the top of my head I guess the answers are;
a) Transactions are already saved, on the building society website.
b) I want hard copies sometimes instead.
