Looking for Info on George Aitchison 16th Foot or Royal Artillery

I am trying find info on one of my relatives George Aitchison or Aitcheson married to Lucinda Wylie and son born in Ireland called Alexander in 1852. In georges marriage certificate is states george aitchison private roayl artillery deceased. But on Alexanders death certificate it states George Aitchison private 16th foot deceased. Help required.
