On that US railroad thing, there is Oct 37 written as note.  Retirement date?  If he did move to Canada after retiring, he won't be on the US 1940...  Gah!

I don't think it's him.
The fellow in the grave has a wife Ellen, and several other Mansell's are in that cemetery.
They are in the 1921 Canada census.
( I suppose it still could be them, if he wasn't working for the railway yet, as his occupation is "grain fruit" (whatever that is!)

Oh that would be a good idea ... I will ask them ... so the hefty fee of 80cents a page?  Letís hope itís just one large 😂
