Just one more question please, is the occupation of John mentioned on all those registers?

Electoral registers do not give occupations, they just list the names of those entitled to vote.

The Autumn 1925 register that he does not appear on would have been effective from 15th October

John and Ada Wright appear on the Electoarl Registers for 52 Hinton Street Litherland upto and including Spring 1925. After that John is no longer listed. The version I can access just says Spring, but doesn't give a month.

Hi I have one more question if thats ok.  John Wright was on the Spring 1925 electoral roll at Hinton St, but a death I found for him in 1925, the age is out b1840, so not sure if that was him.  There was another death in 1927 though where the dob is correct of 1843 but that address I believe was 6 Grove Square, Edge Hill.  I think the house owners there were George and amy Florence Davenport.
Can anyone do a look up to see whether this John Wright was living at this same address prior to 1927, ie, 1924/25/26.  Thank you in advance.

The information on the death certificate is only as good as the knowledge of the person giving it. If John's son George registered the death he will have given what he thought was the correct age/date of birth, but who is to say that the age he gave was correct?

Thanks Emeltom.  I know that sometimes death ages can be way out.  Strangely he did have a son named George but this couple were named Davenport so not him.
