They're probably connected in some remote way with ours, Andrew........all called John and James and Mary and Mary Ann?  Definitely...... ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) 

This one is a Patrick, in his seventies I think.

  My theory, for what it is worth, is that the Shropshire group are separate, with maybe a different derivation for the name.
