Many thanks for your help/suggestions, the 1851 census is the same that I have, looks like they were well off, just seems uncanny that I cannot find a baptism cert. Haven't found a will for her yet either.

Thanks

Which family member are you descended from?

Here's an outline of that 1851 family:

Maureen

EDIT: Don't know why that link acts up-but hit the one that says Did you mean: Charles Dickinson (FRS)?

Something isn't tying up

First post talks of 1800 marriage of Catherine to George Dickinson

The 1851 census and other references relate to a Catherine who appears too young to have married in 1800 and anyway her late husband was a Charles Dickinson.

As MaureeninNY says, can we go back a stage (that's back a stage in research, forward in generations and time) and look at the son/daughter you are descended from?
Edmonds/Edmunds - mainly Sussex
DeBoo - London
Green - Suffolk
Parker - Sussex
Kemp - Essex
Farrington - Essex
Boniface - West Sussex
