Charles Samuel Henry birth in Jamaica
« on: Wednesday 13 March 19 20:15 GMT (UK) »
I am trying to find a baptism or birth for Charles Samuel Henry about 1872 in Jamaica.
He marries a Mary Jane Dixon in Sunderland Northern England in 1903.
He is also on the British census in 1911 living in Northern England.
Any more information about him would be appreciated.
Kind Regards Reedy.

Do you have the 1903 marriage cert?  What was his fathers name?

What about the possible 1868 entry on Family Search?

I have not yet applied for the marriage certificate.
The family search Charles looks promising.
I will try and find some more information about Charles, like brothers and sister etc.
Thank you for your help so far.

He appears to have died 1936.  Until you have his fathers name from the marriage cert it's difficult to know whether the 1868 baptism is his.  Charles Samuel Henry was obviously a popular name in Jamaica looking at the 6 different baptisms
