Lookups please
« on: Friday 15 March 19 08:59 GMT (UK) »
Hi,
I have found out a bit more and hope someone can help me please?

I now know William Redmond was in the Army, (I dont know which regiment) looking him up on a certain site, I can see a William Redmond withma wife Catherine Neill but I cant get into the records to see if there is any information/dates on his marriage or children.

His wife was O'Neill but perhaps when transcribed and the O was left off.

I believe they were married before 1912 so hoping his Army records might say.

And it might say where he and Catherine were born and what his occupation was

Basically after any information ☺ please

Many thanks

Do you have William and Catherine in 1911 census?
Where have you seen their records?

Hi Lancsann and Heywood
Great, many thanks.
I wondered if "Mary S" might be the Sheila we are we are looking for.  Different spelling but now I know it is her.
She is the one we are really looking for information on, but doing the tree is interesting too, even if it isnt mine.
Rumour has it she went to Australia?
Thanks again everyone for trying to help
Regards
