Hazel Grove Congregational Church

I know people have mentioned this church on this forum before, but I am having trouble finding a way to access grave information for this old church.  I know this church was demolished and built over and the graves moved, but am looking for where the records might be as I know I have family members that were buried there. Can anyone help?
